Wavy Abstract Background

MY Mission

Using science-based theories and principles in psychology, I offer a variety of consulting services in the area of sport, education and expert witness.

Sport

Using scientifically based psychological principles of learning and motivation as well as my
knowledge in many sports, especially baseball, I teach young athletes not only the fundamental skills in a given sport in a safe, fun, and warm environment, but also mental skills required for optimal performance in the game.

Education

Based on well-established psychological theories and principles of learning, motivation, and optimal mindset, I offer professional advice to help students improve their academic skills and achievement. I also give invited talks on topics ranging from apology and forgiveness, interpersonal and intergroup conflict resolution, mental toughness, and effective coaching and mentoring techniques.

Expert Witness

As an expert on the psychology of apology and forgiveness, I have served as an expert witness on national and international litigation cases. I offer expert advice on the meaning of apology across cultures and how people attribute personal responsibility in a crime.
